This Privacy Policy explains how ReGoBs Technologies Private Limited ("ReGoBs," "we," "us") handles personal information collected through our website at https://www.regobs.com.

This policy covers visitors to our website, people who contact us through forms, email, or scheduled calls, and employees who take part in our LinkedIn engagement programme (section 8).

3. Information We Collect

We collect only what you give us or what is needed to run the website:

• Contact details you submit through forms, demo requests, or email — typically your name, work email, company, and message.
• Calendar bookings if you schedule a call with us through a third-party scheduling tool.
• Website usage data such as pages visited, browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from IP address. This is collected through cookies and analytics tools.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with:

7. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies to keep the site functional and to understand how visitors use it. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

We also use analytics tools that record how the site is used, including session recording: a playback of the pages you viewed, how far you scrolled and what you clicked. Anything you type into a form field is masked in your browser before the recording is sent, so we do not see it. We use these recordings only to understand which pages are useful and which are confusing. If your browser blocks analytics scripts, nothing is recorded.

8. LinkedIn Employee Engagement Programme

We run an internal programme that recognises ReGoBs employees who engage with posts published by the ReGoBs company page on LinkedIn. Taking part is optional. An employee joins by signing in with LinkedIn and giving us permission; we collect nothing about anyone who has not done so.

For employees who join, we collect through the LinkedIn API:

• Their LinkedIn member identifier, so their activity can be matched to them.
• Whether they liked, commented on, or reposted a post published by the ReGoBs company page, and the text of any comment they left on it.

We do not collect anything else from their LinkedIn account: not their connections, messages, other activity, or activity on posts that are not ours. We never post, comment, or react on their behalf.

We use this information only to count points for the programme and to announce its results within the company. It is not used for advertising, sold, or shared outside ReGoBs, and it plays no part in performance reviews or any employment decision.

We delete the engagement data we retrieve from LinkedIn within 48 hours of retrieving it. We keep only each participant's points total for the month until that month's result is announced, and then delete it. An employee can leave the programme at any time by removing ReGoBs from the permitted services in their LinkedIn settings or by emailing support@regobs.com; we then delete everything we hold about them for the programme.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party services such as social media, scheduling, or developer platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and recommend you review their policies before sharing any information with them.

10. Data Retention

We keep contact information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or maintain a business relationship, and then for a reasonable period afterwards. Website analytics data is retained for shorter periods set by our analytics provider. Data from the LinkedIn engagement programme is kept only as long as section 8 describes.

11. Your Rights

If you are in India, the EU/UK, California, or another region with data protection laws, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these rights, email support@regobs.com.

12. Children

The website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 18.

13. Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that any successor entity continues to handle your information in accordance with this policy.
