A small team in Kochi that builds and runs cloud infrastructure for fintech, crypto and AI companies in four countries. This is who we are, and a little of the year.
Who We Are
ReGoBs started in Kochi in 2022 to do one thing well: build and run the infrastructure that fintech and crypto companies depend on, and do it embedded in their engineering rather than advising from outside.
The team is small on purpose. Everyone here touches production, everyone talks to clients, and everyone has an opinion about the right way to do something before it gets done. That is slower on a Tuesday and much faster over a year.
The work runs under real constraints: audits, regulators, uptime commitments and other people's money. It is why the engineering here is careful in ways that are hard to learn anywhere else, and why the people who stay tend to stay.

How We Work
Four things that are true here and are not true at most places doing the same job.
Embedded, not queued
We sit inside a client's engineering team. We know why the system is shaped the way it is, and we decide how to change it.
Regulated by default
SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, RBI, CERT-In. Compliance is a constraint on every design decision, not a quarterly scramble.
Wide scope
In a month, one person might write Terraform, tune a pipeline, read a pentest report and sit on an incident call.
A shared pager
We run production under an SLA, so someone is reachable when it breaks. The rotation is shared and we say so out loud.
